The leader of this auditing party is Shilock a miserly and pitiless bureaucrat that while not a noble was born in the spire and views all underhivers with a mix of contempt and disgust, if the debtors are uncooperative he subdues them with a web gun to sell them as slaves to make up for the lost credits. Hengus is his bodyguard, a skilled warrior adept at both long range sniping and close combat brawls
Of course Shilock never leves the spire without his personal adjutant, Debitum, a servoskull made from the mortal remains of his predecessor that is permanently connected to the data banks of the house thanks to a back mounted cogitator. Debitum is also equipped with powerful optics and a face recognition software, to ensure that no debtor escapes the wrath of house Ran Lo.
