Cyberpunk gangers

 

I've just painted two gangers for our last cyberpunk red session. First a narco fixer for our latest addition to the group, a rather reckless and disreputable character

And second a polish independentist that they had to rescue from a police convoy

Helm's Deep

 

After their defeat on the fords of Isen the men of Rohan have taken shelter inside Helm's Deep, fortress that is soon besieged by a horde of orcs and uruks equipped with siege ladders and demolition charges

The vast army of Isengard closes upon the walls

Manned by heroes such as Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli

While on the Hornburg Théoden and his nephew Éomer rally the defenders

The uruks lose no time and rush the first charge into the gate

Detonatig it in a fenomenal explosion

That blows them up, together with the gates and not a few defenders

A deadly blow followed by an assault force of uruks led by a captain and a banner

But Théoden and Gimli are at hand to stop them in the gate. killing one uruk after the other

Meanwhile on the deeping wall the siege ladders have come up and men and orcs fight all over the ramparts, with some uruk captains killing their foes and jumping among the defenders

As this merciless battle is fought on the deep on the other side of the fortress an uruk hero has brought down the postren gate and charges into the defenders

And when Théoden falls on turn 6 the defender loses heart and gives up the fight

Falling Helm's deep into the hands of Isengard

With a Necromunda Secundus campaign fast approaching I reinforced my band of crusaders with two new deacons, armed with flamethrowers to cleanse he hive from both heretics and alien abominations.

The fords of Isen

 

Saruman has at last shown his hand and the hordes of uruks march south from Isengard to invade Rohan. On the other side of the Isen Theodred, Théoden's son still guards the ford across the river, but grieve news arrive when a second force of uruks with warg riders in the vanguard is sighted to the north. The men of Rohan must stand firm and guard the pass or the realm will be devastated by fire and sword

The first half of the Isengard army loses no time and launched a full assault on the ford 

While in the plains Théodred marshals his men against the second incoming army

A mix of orcs mounted on wargs and uruks that came into the battlefield eager for blood

Soon the evil creatures pounce on the first rank of defenders

Felling many a rohirrim with their cruel axes and swords

While on the river the uruk chieftain has almost wiped out all defenders

Grimbold and Théodred come to the rescue of the Rohan infantry, pushing back the uruks with a last minute charge and the banner bonus

But the fall of the ford the rohirrim must beat a hasty retreat first to Edoras and then to Helm's Deep
