Last game of the Stalingrad campaign is a russian push against the few sectors of the city still in german hands, with all hope of rescue lost the nazis dig their heels and prepare for their last stand
The russians start coming bit by bit into the table led by the T-34
The soviet infantry enters straight into cover, but their objective is a set of three markers deep in enemy lines, a hard fight will be necessary to rech them!
The conscripts march recklessly into open ground and suffer for it
A formidable german fire base unleashes hell into the red horde
But the valiant soldiers of the Red Army attack undaunted and rout the first unit of fascists
Hurrah!
More and more russians join the fight, and their massed fire starts to tell on the entrenched germans
The T-34 is stunned by enemy fire, but the crew recovers fast and plunges into a risky duel with the enemy panzer IV
Sheltered by the water pipe the assault section gives covering fire
The T-34 manages to land a telling blow immobilizing the fascist tank
But the germans still have some fight in them, and blow up the russian vehicle with their antitank gun
But such small victory matters little by now, the russians have reached the enemy lines and they're all set to take control of the objectives
The last action of the days sees a group of soviets attack fruitlessly the panzer with molotov cocktails, contesting the objective while they are it
In the german HQ the assault section has managed to grab another objective after clearing the ruin of nazi snipers and officers
And in the center the soviet officer lands another objective, giving victory to the reds 2-0
