My reiksguard knights needed someone to lead them into battle, amd who better than their grand master Kurt Helborg
Armed with the Solland runefand and clad in a finely crafted suit of armour, Helborg is also reiksmarshal of the Empire, the chosen general of Karl Franz to led his armies to war
While the 4th ed model has his own charm I went for the more spectacular 7th miniature, a dashing figure heading the Reiksguard's charge
Despite all the detail painting was pretty easy
And I even took the time to paint two spare swordsmen to join my Altdorf warband
