Ancient Niceforos was a shield captain that gave his life for the Emperor during the Unification Wars. Loath to lose such matchless warrior the Master of Mankind decided to entomb him into one of the new Telemon pattern dreadnoughts. It was in such a machine that Niceforos took part in the burning of Prospero first and then the war in the Webway and the final siege of the Imperial Palace.
