I've paintes the second unit of salamanders, speedpainted really since I'm dying to paint the custodes from the Prospero box (enjoyed too much painting the proxies!). I didn't even stop to strip the previos paintjob so go ahead, make all the "thin your paints jokes" ha ha so funny, LMAO...
Need to use setting solution on your decals. Makes them conform to the surface. A dull coat might hide the silvering you are getting, too.
